Fit and Fun runs each afternoon after school and has been designed to provide a fun and educational alternative to regular afterschool care programmes. Fit & Fun allows students to explore and take part in in performing arts activities, creative arts and free play while their parents are working, giving families the best of both worlds.
The School at AIPA offers a complimentary pick up and walk service from Artarmon Public School. We meet in the Cola (Covered Outdoor Learning Area) at both campuses. Our staff wear light blue t-shirts, hoodies or rain jackets with the School at AIPA’s logo clearly on them.
Each day students can choose from a range of scheduled classes in acrobatics, ballet, drama, hip hop, jazz, public speaking, singing, song & dance & tap. They also have scheduled craft activities with our staff and have the option to sit quietly and read a book, complete puzzles, play with Lego or complete their homework. Activities change each half an hour for younger students to allow them variety and allow them to stay focussed and engaged. Primary aged students take a thirty-minute class to start and then have a selection of one-hour activities to choose from in the disciplines above.
