2025 Term class fees
The School at AIPA classes and programmes are designed as semester and yearlong programmes. Students work towards completing curriculum in their chosen classes and performing through the year. Productions and performances are held in professional theatres and professional venues. A complete list of 2025 dates is available. Some events are ticketed and some are free.

AIPA Fit and Fun Fees
After school pickup service from Artarmon Public School (APS) price includes all activities and classes from 3.00 – 4.00pm, 3.00 – 5.00pm or 3.00 – 6.00pm based on your pickup time from AIPA.
AIPA 2025 term fees
Term fees for all midweek, after school and Saturday classes.
Notice period
The notice period for 2025 is four weeks’ written notice on changes to enrolment, unless transferring from one class to another with no break in enrolment.
What is the insurance – registration fee?
In 2025, the insurance – registration fee is $59 (inc gst).
How fees are calculated?
Fees are calculated based on the number of weeks in the term. We do not bill for days when classes are not running such as long weekends, public holidays etc.
Does AIPA pro rata fees?
Yes, we pro-rata fees. Students who enrol part way through the term will have their fees pro-rated for the number of weeks remaining in the term.
Do you offer an unlimited package?
Yes, we offer an unlimited rate. This includes classes 6 days (after school and Saturday programmes)
When are fees due?
Enrolment is rolled over from term to term and invoices are due in full by week two of the term, unless on a payment plan (pre-organised with the office)
Note : If your child is enrolled with a pickup from Artarmon Public School you must have paid two weeks of the term fees before we can collect your child from the school. The insurance fee needs to be paid if it is their first term with us)
Can I request a payment plan
Yes, payment plans are available. Payment dates are the Monday of week 1, 3, 5 and 7 (of each term).

What payment methods does AIPA accept?
AIPA accepts Visa and Masterclass (Debit and credit cards)
Payments via direct debit (through the Smart Central portal)

Trial classes
In term one, AIPA offers a full week unlimited trials for $59 (the annual insurance fee)
